Cash Pay Rates for Services:

• Intake with PMHNP (intakes are only done by our prescribing providers):

  • $450: 60-90 minutes with diagnostic interview and treatment planning 

• Follow up with PMHNP: 

  • $250: 30 minutes with medical assessment and treatment planning, with short solution focused therapy.​

  • $380: 60 minutes with in depth medical assessment (such as reading a Creyos assessment), treatment planning, and/or more in depth therapy.

• Therapy with LPC or LCSW:

  • $150: 50 minutes therapy​

• Letter Writing outside of sessions:

  • $50 a page​

• Missed Visit Fee:

  • $250 per occurrence, please see policies page for specifics around this. ​

Intake & Medication Management Visits

We want to be transparent about the cost of care and help you understand how we bill your insurance.

Appointments with our psychiatric nurse practitioners (PMHNPs) — including initial intake visits and ongoing medication management — are billed as specialist visits under your insurance plan. This typically means:

• You are responsible for the full cost of the visit until your deductible is met.

• After your deductible is met, your plan may require either a co-insurance (a percentage of the visit cost) or a co-pay (a flat fee) for specialist visits.

We do our best to give you an estimate based on what your insurance tells us about your current deductible status. However, please note that these numbers are not always fully up to date or accurate, and your final cost may vary slightly.

Therapy Visits

Therapy sessions are billed separately from medication management and are typically categorized differently by insurance plans. They often have their own coverage rules, which may include separate co-pays, co-insurance rates, or deductible requirements.
