Fee Schedule

  • Private Pay evaluation 60-90 minutes with diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management: $450

  • Private Pay follow up appointment 30-60 minutes with treatment planning, therapy and/or medication management: $225

  • Couples Therapy 1 hour: $175

  • Letter writing outside of sessions: $25/page

  • Sliding scale available on a case by case basis for established patients only.

Please note that we do not provide disability evaluations, parenting evaluations, or any other forensic services. Emotional Support Animal letters are written on a case by case basis for established patients only.
