Rachel Ward, PMHNP-BC
Rachel is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who works with individuals across the lifespan facing conditions like depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and more. Trained in trauma-informed care through the Boston Trauma Foundation, she takes a holistic, collaborative approach—integrating lifestyle changes, herbal therapies, and medication management to support each patient’s path to healing and self-actualization.

Tammy Johnson, PMHNP-BC
Tammy is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who offers holistic, patient-centered care to adults for conditions like depression, anxiety, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. Drawing from her diverse clinical background and passion for women’s mental health, she integrates evidence-based treatments with lifestyle approaches such as nutrition, mindfulness, and stress reduction. Tammy is dedicated to empowering patients through compassionate, collaborative care tailored to their unique life journeys.

Mental Health Therapist
Karen Corona, MA, MSW; LCSW
Karen Corona is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over two decades of experience providing mental health services in a variety of clinical settings. She works with adolescents and adults facing difficult life transitions, trauma (C-PTSD), grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. She utilizes a holistic integrative therapeutic approach that combines expressive arts therapy with Internal Family Systems (IFS). Karen is dedicated to creating a supportive, compassionate environment for clients to heal. She believes there is always hope for healing and is passionate about empowering individuals to restore an inner sense of well-being so they can flourish in life.

Eric is the driving force behind the operations at Something Human Mental Health, bringing a wealth of experience in system architecture and business development. A graduate of MIT, Eric has a knack for building innovative systems that support business growth and efficiency. With a background in space technology and a proven track record in launching startups, this is his fourth entrepreneurial venture. Eric’s brilliant mind and passion for creating scalable solutions help keep our practice running smoothly, allowing our providers to focus on what matters most—your care.

Jordan Harrison
​Jordan joined Something Human Mental Health in October 2024, bringing over a decade of administrative experience in medical practices and nonprofits. Known for her organizational skills and intuitive problem-solving, she keeps the operations running seamlessly behind the scenes. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys writing, music, musical theater, and gaming with friends.
Supportive Companions

Service Animal
Molly
Molly is Rachel’s trained service dog and a calm, grounding presence at Something Human Mental Health. While her primary role is to support Rachel, she occasionally joins sessions to provide Deep Pressure Therapy (DPT) when it’s helpful and welcomed by the patient. Quiet, gentle, and always in tune with the room, Molly helps create a safe and soothing therapeutic environment. When she’s off duty, Molly loves to truffle hunt in the woods and dig for clams at the coast—always sniffing out the next adventure.
