I work with patients across the lifespan, presenting with an array of conditions such as Depression, OCD, PTSD, Anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, among others. Equipped with specialized training in Trauma Based Care facilitated by the Boston Trauma foundation, I am committed to fostering collaborative partnerships with my patients. My overarching goal is to assist you in adapting your lifestyle to facilitate your journey towards self-actualization, complemented by judicious medication management to alleviate hurdles along the way. My ethos revolves around a collaborative approach, where patient empowerment and mutual engagement form the cornerstone of our therapeutic alliance.

Rachel graduated from OHSU school of nursing in 2013 and worked in varied settings in both community health and inpatient acute care until she graduated from Gonzaga University in 2023 as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Her treatment philosophy is holistic and patient centered, using a mixture of herbal treatments, lifestyle interventions, and medication management to help patients achieve their highest quality of life.

Tammy is a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience treating a range of mental health conditions, including Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and more. She takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to care, blending evidence-based psychiatric treatments with complementary modalities like nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, and stress reduction. Tammy works collaboratively with her patients to empower them in their mental health journey, fostering a strong therapeutic partnership that encourages active participation and long-lasting change.

Tammy graduated from Boise State University in 2016 and went on to get her masters degree from Gonzaga University in 2022 in Psychiatric Mental Health. She has a diverse background, including working in inpatient cardiac care, the operating room, and an inpatient psychiatric unit. She has a special interest in supporting women through life transitions such as PMDD and menopause, and is exploring additional certifications in perinatal mental health. Tammy’s focus is always on creating a balanced, sustainable path toward well-being, providing care with empathy, respect, and a commitment to each patient’s individual needs.
